Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM will be held on 9 May 2017 at 7pm in the Tumbulgum Community Hall.

Tea, coffee and sandwiches will be provided so you can catch up and share tales of recent events after the formalities.

All positions will be declared vacant and elections held for the following office bearers:


Vice President;


Treasurer;     and

Three (3) ordinary (committee) members.

As per the Model Rules 2004 (constitution), nominations of candidates for the election as office bearers of the association or as ordinary (committee) members must be made in writing, signed by two (2) financial members of the association and be accompanied by the written consent of the candidate.

Nomination forms must be received at least 7 days (02 May 2017) prior to the date of the AGM.
